HEAVY DUTY DEGREASER

DESCRIPTION

A heavily concentrated degreaser formulated for use with high pressure cleaners to remove animal fat, mineral oils, exhaust stains, dirt, mud and other contaminants. It consists of rust inhibiting qualities with a flocking agent made of wood pulp that acts as a suspension agent causing the soil to surface to aid easy cleaning. Customisable scents are available in pine or eucalyptus fragrances.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1. 1.For cold water high pressure washers - Use undiluted and adjust detergent flow with metering valve to a ratio of 1:200
2. 2.For hot water high pressure washers - Dilute product with water at the ratio of 1:4 and adjust strength as required
3. 3.For hot tanks - Dilute product with water at a ratio of 1:4 and heat up to 90 Degrees Celcius. Soak items to be cleaned and rinse clean with water
4. 4.For steam cleaners - Use undiluted
5. 5.For floor cleaners - Dilute product at a ratio of 1:4, apply to surface to be cleaned with broom or mop and rinse thoroughly.

PRECAUTIONS & NOTES

• As a demonstration, using a 100ml measuring cylinder, combine 20ml of oil with 80ml degreaser solution and add water (1 Solution:9 Water). Shake well and then let it sit for 20 minutes. As a result, you’ll find that the oil will be broken down and separated and float to the surface creating a layer of oil and foam that can easily be removed
